If my video card seems to have a problem and it is onboard, what can I do with the PC?(Mercury 800mhz onboard VGA, LAN, pro2000+ AMIBIOS PVCLE####)

seems falling? have you try to connect it to another monitor? you get same result, then you need a new Video card. But before you install a new one, go to BIOS and DISABLE on-board video card.

Assuming you have either an empty PCI or AGP slot available on the mothoerboard, you can just get a new video card and use that.

Your computer will probably switch over to the new card when you boot, but if not, you can change it in your BIOS.

Remember to go to the manufacturers website to get the latest drivers for the video card and your version of Windows once you get going.

Newegg.com is a great place to purchase computer components. http://www.newegg.com or you can go to Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Circuit City, etc... and pay a little more.

Buy an actual video card, install it and disable the onboard video.
