Yes. Greg Harris did it once, second-to-last game of his career. Before him, in the majors anyway, we must go back to the 19th century, a couple of olde-tymers named Tony Mullane and Icebox Chamberlain.
It's rare. When the possibility first arose that Harris might do it (early in his career), the NL issued some guidelines about how it should be handled. Don't recall exactly and cannot find a citation, but included were things like (a) pitcher must commit to his hand for the batter's entire plate appearance, (b) pitcher must commit before batter, if a switch hitter, (c) cannot go to the dugout to switch gloves, and (d) can have only one glove (no stashing a spare opposite behind the mound). Harris had a special, ambidextrous glove made in order to deal with the last two. It's funny-looking -- you can see it on this card from 1991: http://www.baseball-almanac.com/players/pics/greg_harris_autograph2.jpg

nicely, a glass who's ambidextrous CAN exchange hands between batters with right here circumstances. In 1995, Bobby Brown, the yankee League president, gave umpires those regulations: The pitcher could point out which hand he meant to apply. The pitcher would exchange hands on the subsequent hitter yet could point out the arm for use. No heat-up pitches between the exchange of hands and if an arm is injured, the pitcher would exchange hands and the umpire could be notified of the harm. The injured arm won't be in a position for use returned in that interest. How 'approximately that!

Yes, actually, there was. Greg A. Harris (not to be confused with Greg W. Harris, who pitched in the majors around the same time) was ambidextrous. He pitched righty , but at the end of his career in 1995, he pitched lefty to a batter. He'd wanted to do it earlier in his career, but nobody would let him.
