the space craft is named as 'NEW HORIZONS'. it is estimated that this space craft would land on pluto in 2015-16. it was launched in 2006

That would be the 'New Horizons' spacecraft. Currently it's in the vicinity of Jupiter and photographing it before borrowing some of its gravitational energy for a slingshot on towards Pluto.
