Do you think the judge is unfairly picking on Paris?

No because The petition for the gov to free paris only says to forgive her for DUI, but she's not only going to jail for that, some people forget she was driving without a license and the law clearly states: If you drive with a suspended or revoked license, you can be fined and jailed and your vehicle may be impounded. At least she still has her car! And what example would governor Schwarzenegger set if he steps on a judge's decision?

hell no! the only ones who think the ruling was unfair were the Hiltons! They're spoiled and need to learn that when you don't care about the law or potentially killing people drinking and driving, you pay the price, and not with cash. The only sad thing is I'm sure she'll find someone to let her out of this. It's a sin to be so rich, there are too many people in the world just trying to work enough hours to feed their families and pay rent, and she gets upset if a party isn't lavish enough for her. She NEEDS to go, at least for a couple of weeks, to have some reality knocked into her sheltered, over-priveledged, never-heard-the-word-no brain! No wonder other countries hate us when all they see are people like her.

No because Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie are both inconsiderate spoiled witches who think everything is hilarious and that money can handle everything. I wish she had to do a longer time. I think that the judge was more than fair. Even when she knew she wasn't supposed to be driving we saw her everywhere just partying and giggling zooming down the streets. Now on to Brandy. Celebrities need to know that the only thing that's different from us and them is the wealth.

Hell no. She desires to study how something human beings stay. If she thinks she's above the regulations she would be in a position to grow to be much extra unbearably spoiled than she is now. Martha Stewart seems to be a larger individual for her reformatory time, in step with danger it is going to help Paris Hilton too?

In my opinion, she is not getting treated unfairly.
Look at it this way.. If I were caught three times driving without my license, and I blamed it on others, would I not get jail time, too? I also doubt that people across the country would send a petition to Governer Ed Rendell (state of PA governor) to get me out of the mess. I would have to pay for it, and she should pay for her actions, too.

Hell no! Paris has gotten away w/everything she has ever done because she has money. Now I don't think that is right. If it were any other person on the planet that were in her shoes, they'd have a worse penalty then she's getting. The girl needs to learn that there are consequences for her actions. And her parents should be penalized as well for letting her get away w/everything.

No I will not sign, in fact I would sign a petition that she go to jail for 45 months!
I think Paris should shut up and be grateful...DUI and driving without lic...she should get a whole lot worse
