In the study if martial arts, for example, we learn there are two ways of knowing: one with the mind, the other with the body. That is the object of physical conditioning. The mind that is open allows the body to act and react without the stop-gap of analysis (mushin, literally means "spontaneous no-mind"). The body can be trained to "know" what is necessary to preserve the entity when the mind (reason) is silent. Reason can also be trained to deny what the body knows to be incorrect. Ascetic practices like anorexia, overendulgent practices like gluttony, celebacy, passivity and all that renounces life are some examples.

One's visceral, primal passions and desires are the best way to elucidate the truth of human nature. In other words, the concrete realm of human experience, at it most base level, if far more capable of providing us insight into the nature of the human condition than intellectual abstraction.

I think and it is my own interpretation - think the best for and of the world , but act by yourself . For you , YOU are the reason for the world being there .May sound a bit more self -effacing , but it's alright. I see God in myself, so I love me more than others !
