The ones that WriTe in A MiX oF CaPiTaLs bug me more, it took me ages to do that! Why waste your time?

Yes, it bothers me too. I don't mind all caps for a word or two if it helps get the point across - but more than that is like yelling in my ear and it bugs me.

It depends on the question really.
I use capitals to emphasize a word or phrase and when someone writes certain questions in them it looks like they are shouting at me, and I don't like being shouted at.

NO.... I just read it. Why is it such a big deal?? It refers to yelling....but I don't see it as so, you can't hear the words you are reading.

No it Don't. They just want a-lot of people to answer it. When they do that, that's how you know they bally get answers.
