Because before they actually become boys, they develop along the same line as girls. The nipples form, but they fail to develop into the usual female breasts at puberty.

Men have nipples because the genetic code is based upon the female structure.

Both males and females have an X chromosome (a part of their DNA)... however males also have a Ychromosome, this means that boys produce hormones that overcome their female genetics... and so their nipples do not develop.

All people have nipples... but it is the male hormones that stop their nipples from becoming big.

u c all mammals during their development until the determination of their sex they develop in the same manner, so till then they hav lot of common factors so if the child is said 2 b a male then the nipple fail 2 develop whereas the case of female it develops
