Could you please help. My ZenV mp3 player is .....?

stuck in the docked mode. I cannot access any of my music or screens. This happened last night when I had it hooked up to my computer and was charging it. It was strange because at one point all of the icons disappeared off my desktop then just as mysteriously they popped back on.again. I don't know whether or not this offers a clue as to what happened. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Try restting it - Put a pen head in the hole under the power button. http://www.creative.com/support/
