Well you shouldn't have let it go for 20 years but since you have, try telling him how you feel. There may be a chance he doesn't know and well be willing to change things.

Gosh, you've been letting it go on for 20 years? I doubt he'll change now. Just tell him you're not going out with him anymore in public and when he asked why let him have it.

tell him that you are sick of his trearment that he gives you in public and that you are his wife not his mat in witch he can wipe his feet on any time he sees fit .tell him he has to stop treating you that way or else.because yu have stood it for 20 years and you are not standing for it any longer.he to took vows to honour you but this he has not kept.so talk to him and tell him how you feel and how much it .hurts you. and if the situation does not alter then get tough with him

That's a tough situation..maybe since you have so many years invested in your union you could attempt marriage therapy. I think it works if both parties are willing to share and participate. I know my parents went through therapy. My father chose to not participate and the pastor told my mom that was the day the marriage ended.

Tell your husband you want to go to marriage counseling and explain it to him there. If he won't listen, decide whether or not you want to live like this for the rest of your life. If you don't, you know what to do.

bet he would notice your if you dressed funny, started to spill things, have afood fight, stuff that would make him turn red, when he complains about it, tell him why.... he may take the hint
