a very simple thing ..we used to play a card game all the time & i would say few silly things .. & the way he lied it just broke my heart .
5 years we were together . he got married . huh.

Sounds like he acted stupid to avoid an uncomfortable situation. Males aren't emotional like women are so we should understand that they don't relate easily to matters of the heart. Oh and hey dont feel bad ok? God gave a man a penis and a brain and only enough blood to make one work at a time.....

Why be bothered if you and an ex don't have the same memories. Different things were important to you, which is one reason you are no longer together. You probably don't recall a lot of things the same way he does.

I don't expect my husband to remember every single thing from the past. (Nor do *I* remember everything from the past either.) I would feel bad he couldn't remember, but I wouldn't find it mean.

So he forgot. or doesen't want to remember cuz he don't want to talk to you about it.
He may think your trying to get back together w/ him and not want to go there.
Or doesn't want to think that cuz it will hurt him cuz he wants to get back together. but thinks that you don't.
Me. I would at least acknolowage that I remeber.
