I prefer to distinguish between the words want and desire.
One desires what is unobtainable, and one takes what is available. This does not mean that all that is unobtainable is desireable, nor does is mean that you take whatever is available.
In the sense that want means what do I get, (eg. what I take), one wants what one gets. However, desire for that which is not there still exists. I do not want it though, for it will never be there. (it will always be a rainbow!)

sleep, cofee all those things can be had maybe not right in this moment but they are obtainable. What’s the use of thinking about what you really can’t have!! It’s just depressing.
