Height wise by the time you're approx 18 you've probably reached your maximum. Your feet however won't have their final size until about age 30. Spiritually and mentally I hope you'll never stop growing.

Between 15 and 21. It can depend person to person. I grew 2 inches from 16 to 19 and many women stop growing before they are quite 16. It all depends.

It depends on when you went through puberty. The earlier you did, the longer you keep growing. But either way, your growth (at least in height) finishes by the time you hit 20, but slows down around 16-18 years.
Growth after that time is usually due to a pituitary tumor or hormone imbalance.

Once a person hit puberty, their body stops producing the growth hormone. There for you won't grow anymore.
