For instance, every night game the Red Sox play in the US starts at 7:05pm (or the equivalent if in a different time zone). But every time they travel to Toronto to play the Blue Jays, the games start at 7:07pm. Why?????

It's the exchange rate.

Seriously, two national anthems.

Home team gets the option. I believe the White Sox start their games at 7:11 after the convenience store chain ponied up some sponsorship cash.

The Red Sox do not always start at 7:05 for games in the US. When they are in Tampa, it is 7:15. I have seen first pitch anywhere from 7:05 to 7:09. It is up to the home team to make the time for the first pitch.

maybe because whenever there is a game in Toronto they have to play two national anthems whereas in the states unless the Blue Jays are the visiting team they play only one.

It's because of that metric thing they do.

No. It's because of the ceremonial anthems.
