The Yeti is an alleged apelike animal said to inhabit the Himalaya region of Bhutan, Nepal and Tibet. The names Yeti and Meh-Teh are commonly used by the people indigenous to the region, and are part of their history and mythology. Other names for similar creatures are Bigfoot and Abominable Snowman. yes, it has cousins called the yeti in asia and bigfoot on the west coast in america, it may visit them but it can usually be found where there is lots of snow and very few people since it is a shy creature at heart and only abominable when being bothered.

Do some research on it...also use the term Yeti. It's as real as "Bigfoot"...Myths of such creatures in and out of snow country have existed for a long, long time...
