Dreams and wishes makes us active and involved.
Trying to realize them implies all our life, all our energy is focused on what we want!
After we fulfill one, another is arising! Even when we are not totally conscious.

Yes. Very possible, taking my life for example lol.
we live life to the fullest as it comes and goes not ignoring our dreams, but dreams are either whimsical wherein it doesn't always take us to where we want to be, instead leading us to crossroads wherein we judge which way is just and fair for us;or that, dreams are based on solid concrete passable foundations and nothing and no one can prevent as obstacles towards pursuing that dream.
Dealing with life is an everyday maneuvering; in pursuit for a dream is a long term planning involving being actively involved with present life(i mean a good life) to achieve that(good) dream though we may have to alter life to some extents.

Yes. Life doesn't necessarily need a dream to fulfill. We can just live life as it comes and be happy. That'll still be a totally meaningful life.

Deeply and activily involved? Sure. Full and complete, no... But then you have to assess what a "dream to fulfill" actually means.

I would say yes, it is possible. It is usually people who have lost hope or chase fake dreams. You just have to look around and see how many people are chasing the wrong dreams; dreams, that end up bringing nightmares to life. These people have a crack in their soul, its broken. But physically they are still alive and kicking, although their life is as miserable as it can get. Without dreams, where would we humans be today?
