Yes sometimes, but I never dwell on it for too long as I know it's just one of those dips in life and tomorrow is another day. Also I have children that need me here to be a mother to them and I would hate to pass on my feelings of blackness and no hope I suffer at times. When you feel like this try to take yourself out of your present situation just for a short while and do something that positively emotionally effects you. For me, I find a couple of hours in a room by myself with my dusty cd's at full volume does the trick.

A christian life is not a ticket to worldly success..I am sorry you are feeling so depressed but really you have good reason to be . This world is full of troubles and you are not the only one feeling the pain and hurt. What ever you do keep your faith. .. It is the most precious thing you can ever have in this world and it is priceless. Do your friends have that ?? You have more. The promise of eternal life and a place in His kingdom to come. Satan is at war witht he children of god. Hang in there and think of the eternal blessings bestowed on you. Life is a bit like a roller coaster . Some years good and some year lean. Things won't always be like this. Think of this experience as period of bad swether,Cheer up the sun will come..Love from a fellow christianXX

No because you never know what is around the corner - for every good there is a bad and for every bad there is a good. Yes its easy to feel depressed but to get out of tis terrible debilitating feeling make alist of all the thinks that make you feel good and happy (when you are feling in a more happy moment and ) go back to it when you are feeling things are fruitless. Some of these happy activities taht make you fel good are 1) walking around the block, 2) reading funny jokes, 3) eating ice cream, 4) smelling nice aromas like natural olis or burning oils, 5) burning candles, 6) having a scented bath, 7) listening to music, 8) cooking, 9) having coffee with friends, 10) watching happy movies 11) driving etc
Doing an activity that makes you happy will help you get out of the doldrems.

I get depressed, but no I would never want to die. I had a personal experience with someone in the past whose parent committed suicide and unfortunately they discovered the body. What a terrible thing. That experience, besides what I already know has even more so reinforced how much I value life. When people commit suicide , they are not in their "right minds" as well as not realizing what an effect it will have on everyone around them. I know that it had a huge impact on my life, but it was devastating to my then boyfriend and his brother. I would never want my family or friend s to ever find me in such a state. Life is a gift, and it is what you make of it. There are plenty of others who have it worse than I do, but they manage, and if they can so can I!. Plus, I have my faith in God to lean on as well, and that has gotten me through many of my darkest hours. There are people in my life that I can talk to , so that I can alleviate those bad feelings enough so that the depression passes.

I used to feel that way before, I was in high school (towards the end, in matric and even up to a couple years after that) I was soo sad and depressed, all I would think about and hope for was to die. It was terrible. But thankfully I came up out of it. I never used to believe that God loved or even cared about me but I feel now that it was because of Him that I have been shed of all the darkness, pain and misery. I am now living a new life, which has its rough, challenging moments but I'm just happy to be alive. I have found the love of my life and I can't wait to get married and have kids, its sooo exciting!!... To everyone out there who feels suicidal, hang in there, things can and will get better. All you need is a little faith. Be strong. Life is a blessing, live it with all your heart, soul and mind. God bless :)

I do all the time... but i always keep in mind that i have a WHOLE! life ahead of me. There's no reason to back down if good will head toward my way! and i also wouldn't wanna end my life if something really good hasn't''t come out of it yet. If you feel this way just keep in mind that there's always hope and that good always comes out of bad. NEVER wanna kill yourself cause you never know what consequence might be in your next life. Like i watched this show ( fantasy) where people who give up there life dwell as shinagami people ( people who take others life's) as a punishment and i don't want that to happen to me. I WOULD HATE TAKING AN OTHERS SOUL! but anyways... try not to feel this way... and don't let this feeling take yourself over ( remember its your life your talking about here) any questions just contact me :)

Sometimes. When something terrible happens, I tell people, well, the good news is that I will live through it, and the bad news is that I will live through it.
Somedays I wish that I at least were the kind that faints easily, just pass out and not have to think about the situation for awhile, but Good news / Bad News, you live through it, and hopefully you have come out stronger in the end.... Just try to hang in with the knowledge that nothing lasts forever, even this, and set out to get through it one moment at a time..... the moments add up, and after awhile, "tomorrow" is here before you know it......

No, if you think its hard, there are always others who are worse off than yourself. The fact is you have the opportunity to do something in comparison with others in other parts of the world who don't even have enough to eat each day. Well, we all have a purpose in life but as always someone tells me, it's a struggle but this is what essentially is a challenge for us, to do better, to strive and not to find any easy way out.

no, those times are just challenges.I have responsibilities.people who love me and even a few who need me,how ever, this is my time to make my life what I want it to be,you start out as a child with people controlling your life, feeling there mistakes, anger what ever they lay on you..,you end up maybe in a nursing home with more people making your choices, this is you time to shine ,when I was a child I often wished I'd never been born but now I'm free to suffer from my own mistakes and at least they are my mistakes..hard times are a chance to learn, grow and find creative solutions, youv'e got to find you own way and your own ,right and wrongs that you can live with,be can happy, just change your attitude.half full or half empty.

No just read the Bible and you can gain encouragement, strength, hope for the future. Read Jerimiah 29:11, John 3:16, and Corinthians Love Chapter 13 in Book 1. You will feel better just reading these sections I have outlined. God loves you.
