So this is happening to me agian this morning and I am using all my will power to stop but I am tired and want to go back to sleep. Here are two more problems
1) I don't have any medication, nor the money to get it
2) I don't have any fresh ginger or lemons
What should I do!?!?!?!?! I really hate throwing up!
Why am I having this problem? (I am not pregnant!)

I'm so sorry for you but if this is happening regularly you need to see a doctor and soon. There are many things that it could be, some serious, so you need to get a professional to rule them out.
There are some things you can do that might help.
Don't eat anything within 4 hours of bedtime. This gives the stomach time to empty before you lie down, reducing nausea.
Eat smaller meals in the evening, and avoid fatty or very heavy foods at that time. Eat main meal at lunch to compensate.
Eat low fat alternatives where possible. Fat takes a while to clear the stomach.
Don't eat a lot at one time, spread your meals out to more meals, with less in each.
Drink water. Its cheap, it hydrates, and it helps to prevent constipation. If your bowels are full, the food you eat has nowhere to go, and the food that sits too long in your system can go off, making you feel sick too. Eat fruits and veggies for fiber.
Hope this helps, but if it doesn't please see your doctor!

Maybe you're worried about something. The mind being upset can cause the other organs to malfunction.

I was gonna say the ginger. One thing that helps me is Essential Oil of Peppermint.

Hi Luvz, most likely you have a Upset Stomach or problems with a liver.
Mace, Nutmeg, and Slippery Elm
Here is a natural remedy that uses mace and nutmeg, which has a history of treating indigestion, acid stomach, heartburn, acid reflux, stomach gas, and vomiting.
Here’s how to use it with half and half and slippery elm root herb. Slippery elm herb can be purchase in any herb store in powder.

1 teaspoon of slippery elm bark
a pinch of nutmeg
a pinch of mace
add distilled water to make a smooth slurry
heat a pint of half and half to boil
pull half and half from stove and add herb slurry
stir in herb slurry

Allow this mixture to cool. Drink up to ½ cup at a time. Store the unused portion in the refrigerator. When drinking the next cup, warm this mixture up.

Luvz also you need to keep a check on your diet. First, it’s important to understand the basics for good nutrition. The body’s three primary nutrient needs include protein, fats, and carbohydrates. The trick is choosing the right low-fat proteins, unsaturated fats, and whole-grain carbohydrates in reasonable portions.

Enjoy plenty of low-fat protein with every meal. Protein is key to muscle growth and reduces feelings of hunger. As a result, it gives you plenty of mileage to get to the next meal without having to snack. Chicken and fish are leaner than red meat and tend to be good choices.

Drink 8 to 16 glasses of water every day. Maintaining hydration is a key component of overall health. Also, water flushes away fat and transports nutrients throughout your body.

Maintaining a healthy diet to live by daily is not difficult when the basics of good nutrition are observed. Protein, fruits and vegetables need be present at your diet.

Avoid the fast food. Fast food is absolutely the worst thing. Avoid the refined carbohydrates - Any store-bought white food such as doughnuts, bagels, white bread, snack crackers, and potato chips.
Avoid the dairy products - Dairy products tend to be very high in fat. If you can’t live without them, limit them to the low-fat and organic varieties. Considers substitutes such as olive oil or natural yogurt.
Avoid the alcohol - Limit yourself to three drinks per week. Your liver puts fat metabolism on hold to process alcohol. Also, beer are high in caloric content.

If are this key elements in your diet is not work, I would recommend a thorough examination by your doctor.

Try not eating for at least 6 hours before you go to bed. You really should ask a doctor, though.
