God did not create humans or other living things. Only in early period of human civilization there was strong belief that all humans are created by by god. Today mainly because of the influence of the church and the Christian religion (and other religions) this belief (that god created humans) is still prolonged.

If you ask a religious person he will probably answer: "The god is the uncreated creator"
...and... everything that has beginning must have cause, God did not have a beginning, therefore no cause created God.

But because I am skeptic (i don't believe in god) ill tell you that your question is wrong. Your question should be "Who created us(humans)?
The answer:

Humans were not created instantly- their creations lasted many millions of years - Humans were spontaneously transformed (created) from animals.
And every living being is a transformation of a simpler creature.

Humans were created from monkeys, the monkeys by simpler creatures and so on.

Irrelevant of whether you believe in a God or not, this is a concept few understand.

The concept of God is that he/she is God... if something created god then that thing would be God.

God is a being before and above creating, a being that always existed. There is no point in time he was created. he always was... think of God as being not defined by time, but by simple existence.

If God was created then he would not be God.

Why you want to go in the extreme past? Nobody knows about the amazing creation of this universe. Nobody knows how the rule of heaven and hell came in to the existence. We think bad or evil humans go to the hell and good finds the place in the heaven. Who decides about the good and bad? Is there any rule? If i do something, it maybe good in my view point and bad in others view. So, humans have put the full stop by introducing the BIG BANG theory. We don't need to find what had existed before. Just accept the God, no more investigation is necessary.

If you are a believer, you must have faith that answers to questions like these will be revealed to you when you die and are accepted in heaven. As human, we are incapable of understanding the hows and whys of GOD and therefore it serves no purpose to question the hows and whys.

From a scientific point of view, we must assume the answer is much like that to the question of what existed just before the moment of the big bang or which came first; the chicken or the egg?

You may have to accept that you are not intended to know the answers to these type of questions, therefore not provided with the proper tools to investigate them.

There is absolutely no reason for this to be in astronomy.

Keep God out of Astronomy. The last time he was there, he put Galileo on jail for failing to toe the line. Lets not sacrifice any more great minds so that a few superiorty complexes aren't bruised.

According to the Bible, God has always been in existence. Trying to understand that, confounds the human mind. It is similar to the inability of the human mind to comprehend infinity.
