I once bought a new clutch and when the mechanic went to replace it he found that the clutch was OK but the thrust bearing was knackered. this caused similar symptoms to those which you are experiencing.

Sounds more like a problem with the clutch or the clutch cable. By the sound of things the engine and the gear box are not separating correctly as they should with the clutch.

Sounds like your gearbox is done for, or may just be the clutch, or lack of gear oil, take it to a mechanic or call one out, hope this helps.

Sounds like the gear selector forks are knackered - overhauled gearbox or new one by the looks of it - small (very slim) cahnce it might be out of oil but I doubt it.
As above could also be a clutch related problem
