Yes I do, but no matter how hard I try, I always go too slow. I am too meticulous. I try too hard to make sure everything is perfect, so I end up taking longer than I should. For example, house work. I let my boyfriend clean the big things. Then I go through and do all the little details, like cleaning under and behind everything and cleaning all the little figurines one by one. My boyfriend can clean the house in an hour. Me, well lets just say not in one day!

Actually, I get in trouble at work all the time for taking too long to do anything. It makes me so mad. That's just the way I am. I'm not lazy. I'm not slacking off on the job. I just try too hard to make everything perfect. I can't stop doing this! According to the customers, they say I do a wonderful job and to keep up the good work. Because of my need to be a perfectionist, the customers keep coming back. Some of them refuse to go anywhere else because I am not there. Even on my days off, some customers refuse to be helped by anyone else at my job, even if they are better than me! At least somebody appreciates my slow, but hard work!

nope. at my age, speed exists when needed, but seldom used. I'm just too old for drama any more. a good pace, yes. careful planning, organizing, and execution, yes. and a smile on my face.

I like getting things done quickly. What I hate is people who never get in a hurry...like my husband. He'll be late to his own funeral.

Increasing speed, increases the chance of error.

Take the time that it takes to do what you want to do.
