Homeless, Naked, and in debt to the Forest Family. You know, the Mob of the forest? I heard that he made a wager at a treetop casino and he couldn't "shell" out what he owed!!! LOL

Neither! The turtle got beaten up by the hare after winning the race they had.The hare was so angry that the he "shell-jacked" the turtle!
The last thing I heard was that the turtle had made a shell of the refuse straw and sticks from the first two piggys houses and is living in the alley behind Walmart!

if a turtle doesn't have it's shell, it's dead. A turtle's shell is actually part of the turtle itself. It's backbone is fused to the top. There is no skin under the shell, only innerds.

Actually, It means that he is without his ribcage. A turtle shell is his hibs modified radically for a protective purpose. So, it would be like taking Marilyn Manson to an extreame. LOL

If it isn't a soft shell turtle it is dead because the shell is fused to the vertebrae
