regerugged ignores the possibility that a farmer can incorporate and would, therefore, receive wages as an employee. Hence, "Parsley" can indeed be garnished.

Some farms are setup as businesses and those the farmer may well draw a salary from his farm. In that case yes, and even if it's not setup like that they can seize his bank accounts and property.

I suspect a puerile attempt at levity, here. The answer is no. Farmers are self-employed and don't get wages. Wages are paid by employers to employees. I get the last laugh, thank you.
