You obviously work for UK's Network Rail, same problem they have, wrong kind of ice. Thats why their trains don't run every time it snows, never the right kind of ice and snow for their snow ploughs!

LOL icepack!!! I agree with above. Put it in a freezer for a little while. Just shut it down and leave it for 30 minutes or so

Yeah, just open up the side, and get a fan to blow into the innards and it should be solved. alternatively, get a computer tech to take a look and fix a chasis fan or any other fan.

It could just be that there is no ventilation and you should place your PC where the fan isn't blocked.
