No. Be happy with what you have. Any good man will appreciate ALL of you, not just your fake boobs. You would actually risk surgery to become eye candy? 1 in 1500 surgeries has bad complications, your number just may come up. Willing to risk it?

In general, no.
Maybe you have been in an accident, or lost a breast to cancer. In these cases, you may feel a loss of femininity which may be helped by breast reconstruction.
HOWEVER, if you just want to be "a bit better" then the risks (and yes there are risks) far outweigh the meagre return.
It really depends on how much (mentally) you have invested in the idea of being "not good enough".
As a male, I have seen many boob jobs- in Sydney, during the gay & lesbian Mardi-Gras. Some of those men have very nice breasts...
As a result, I prefer inner thigh over breasts these days anyway.

I dont think so, but no one can tell you whats best for you. most people hate certain parts of their body, me included. I hate my belly and thighs, but no matter how much money I had im not sure i could go through with cosmetic surgery, the thought really scares me.
If you feel your breasts are too small, invest in some tops, or bras that compliment what you do have. I am only a 36B but my husband is crazy for them, Its sounds alittle naughty, but he says more than a mouthful is a waste, and does not find huge boobs appealing, so if your worried about how you appear to the opposite sex, dont. Men love boobs. End of story!
You look very pretty in your photo and you should concentrate on that.

There is a lot of emotional things that go on when you get a boob job. However, if you are very self conscious about your boobs then yea get a boob job. No reason to live miserably when you can have a procedure done to boost it. Many people that have had self esteem issues because of their boobs have said that it helped their self-esteem out a lot. Don't get one to please some guy or something though because it is quite a commitment. But if you're doing it for you and you really want one do what you need to do to make yourself happy.

no, fake boobs just are not enticing. wow, that first guy really went off on you, geeze. But anyway, i would prefer mosquito bites over fake D's anytime...they just arent teh same...in addition your body is going to reject a foreign material at some point regardless of what it is...hence the formation of scar tissue, and then your nice boobs are not so nice anymore and can become disfigured and painful...especially when you are older, your pectoral muscles may decide to tear a little bit due to the placement of the fake breasts etcetera and cause problems...just not a good idea....but its your call anyway...
u look so sexy try to be more

I have never had one (currently 36DD and think that is too much), but I don't believe it is worth it. Most people get " them thinking it is going to "fix" them when in fact they were never broken in the first place. It likely will not bring you the type of joy or peace or pleasure with your body that you believe it will. I have also heard that it is SOOOOO painful. More than likely you are already a lovely, talented, good person who needs no improvements at all.

Nope, you were made the way you are for a reason. If you were supposed to have bigger boobs you would have them. There are way too many consequences to having implants, its just not worth the risk. You should work with what you got!

i say no also, be happy with what you have- thumb up roncho, i love guys saying they prefer reality since most women get certain plastic surgeries to impress men (or talked into it by a man) yea the other guy geez he's serious but i really agree with surgery not helping solve problems-
by the way, there are bra pads & that kind of thing that are much cheaper than implants & no risk

Only if they are too large and causing back problems. Only if you have had to have a breast removed due to disease and need reconstruction, for a quality of life issue.
