lol,i know what you mean,they just get forgotton half the time and dont even get a thumbs up/down,also if it goes into voting,no one tends to vote for the ones on the next page.If i ask a question i always at least rate them.

I always read all my answers. If it's a yes or no question where everyone's answer is basicly the same I give best answer to the lowest level answerer. Sometimes I choose off page 2 just for the heck of it. I always thumbs up the best answer so they get an extra point.

Yeah pretty much. I have given Best Answer to people on Page 2 though if they deserved it. I've also voted for people on Page 2.

That's a good question. Personally, I think that the "best answers" are usually one of the first replies to a question.

most of the time I would say yes...but I always read all the answers to my question...I give everyone who took the time to answer a star...unless they were really nasty...then I pick the one that touches me in some way...
