Should I do this thing....?

Should I stay away from the guy I like, i know he likes me, but we never had a conversation, ever! When we are at a practice, the teacher made us partners, and I don't know, he's conscious when I'm near but i know that he likes me because he became my suitor, but, he didn't talk to me personally, he's writing me on a paper, he's shy to talk to me personally, and now, school's over, there are to sections, A.M. section and P.M., he is always P.M. but I already enroll in the A.M section, I want him to talk to me about the "suitor" thing, but I think I am just waiting for a rain to come in a drought!
