Exercising IS boring, and it's also a pain in the butt! I freaking HATE to exercise. But if we want to stay fit we have to exercise, so here are a few tips. Hopefully they'll help.
1) Change your exercise routine. (Such as one day you walk, the next day you do pilates, the next day you go swimming, the next day you do spinning/biking, the next day you play tennis or basketball, the next day you do tai bo, etc, etc..) Keep changing it and it should stay interesting.
2) Work out to music every chance you get
3) Work out with a friend every chance you get (sometimes it's boring to work out all alone,so doing it with a friend will break up the boredom)

Go to the beach or lake nearby have contests Make a flamethrower Spam on stupid sites Try to roll your tongue if you can't Sleep Go to a public restroom and make different noises in the stalls Make a big commotion Gets a very very large group of people and have them shop in slow motion at sal-mart At walmart over the intercom say 'k-mart is having a discount price of 10% on everything! Hurry before it ends' Put I hate walmart signs all around walmart Go to gun section at any place like walmart and freak out the salesperson and say ' got any antidepressants?' At walmart rearrange everything in the aisles At walmart switch price tags If your at a shopping place like walmart then try on the clothes of the opposite sex and ask the attendants 'does this make me look fat?' Get a gigantic amount of stuff in your shopping cart if your at a place like walmart and when try ask you to pay check your pockets and then say 'crap, I forgot my wallet, I'll be right back.' then hop in your car and drive off Go to gumbsll machines and tip them over from afar atva place like walmart If somewhere like walmart you can get fishing wire and tie the aisles together very tightly and when people walk by the aisles will fall There's a list of things I do when I'm bored with a friend and we are near a shopping place like walmart

pump up hypo music
do your floor work out infront of the tv during the adds
con some mates into joining you
join a team or group eg. walking group.
clean the house work with an insane amount of loud singing and hilarious dance moves

Yes absolutely!
Humans are social creatures (well most of us are!). To get maximum enjoyment out of any experience in life (including exercise) do it with other people. That's the trick.

I like to listen to my favorite music and have a few different types of routines (walking, biking, treadmill....etc etc) instead of doing the same thing DAY after DAY!!

You need a montage,
you know like in the movies when someone is training and it just shows clips of them working out and then all of a sudden they are fit..... yeah....thats what you need.

try plugging an ear phone and listen to music .or just swicth on the t.v. during ur best program so keep on excersing and watching t.v.
