Do men wear underwear when wearing sleepwear? By that I mean: when men wear pajamas (more specifically the bottom part of the pajamas such as long pants, shorts ... etc.) do they wear any underwear - so trunks, briefs, jocks ... etc.?

No doubt there are going to be men who do.. but they shouldnt. That equipment really needs some free time and some ventilation. The dude who mentioned sleeping naked ..... that's the best alternative in my opinion.

depends if i sleeping at home or friends home. at home i wear paj with no underwear. away i will wear underwear. about half time i wear only underwear to bed at home.

Yes and I am guy I love wearing women's pajama pants and I love wearing women's panties in women's pajama pants while I am sleeping

For me I want nothing but comfort and something under them is not comfort.I would imagine some do and some don't though.

I always sleep nude, however If I do have to wear something to bed, it is a pair of boxers.

I like to sleep in sweats, and sometimes, I will even sleep in a diaper. I think that it can be kind of invigorating to do so.

I'm sure that some people do but,I have slept nude for so long now that I just can't imagine why they would do so.
