iam in a stable relationship, but recently had a one night stand with a woman and i was so drunk that i went down on her and while performing i accidentally swallowed all the juices in excitement. is this going to affect me in any manner. now iam worried.

if she was clean then you have nothing to worry about.
Most of the nastier stuff has a very low risk of being contagious via oral, so you can relax there.
The main one to be looking out for is if she had herpes you'll probably start getting cold sores round your lips.

I think the main effect you will feel will be guilt. You should be worried. You claim you are in a stable relationship - people in stable relationships do not cheat. Figure out what you want from your current partner, question wether you can rise to the challenge and act like a man. If you get so little from your current relationship that you need to seek one night of fun, then you should do the decent thing and end it. Question yourself about the type of partner you have been - when was the last time you treated your partner like a sexy, sensual being? Went down on her?
You ask if the act will affect you. Pure selfishness. What about your partner - do you not worry that you could pass something on to her? Do the girl a favour and let her find a man who can be a man with her, not some pre-pubescent like, weak-willed shadow of a man who wanders at the slightest hint of availability.

Unless the woman had some type of STD, HIV, Hepatitis, you should be fine. I love eating women out more than anything in the world, but if you have a GF that's the only woman you should be eating out.

go to the clinic and get checked out. being drunk is not an excuse to cheat on your partner. may this be a lesson to you about being faithful to your partner. what you did was wrong .
