Ok I want to put my profile on Public how do I do that. Because only my friends can see my profile. But I want it to be public

on your home page (not your profile page) go to where it says account settings and then privacy setting

if you are younger than 16 (or possibly 15), it will be private no matter what you do - it's a measure of protection for you
otherwise, account settings > privacy settings and it's the first box
(also, when i clicked your user here, it says that you are 14... )

try to change your settiings. I know your age can change public to private as well.
