You well know who is right. In the first sentence you have elaborated the value of education. Whether you like it or not, you have to study. Your friend is truly worried about you since you are not studying and if he has scolded you, does not mean that he is not your friend. YOUR FRIEND IS RIGHT and has your interest at heart.

He is absolutely right. At this point of time u will not realize but at later stage of life u will get to know how right he was. U will realize this when u were telling the same thing to ur children's. Dear this is good time to act wisely. Actually this secondary school age is the best time to make career as you decide ur path from here. Up till now what ever u have done might just have effected ur exam result, but now to will affect ur life
Think about it seriously, ur Friend is 100 % right

He's right and you're wrong. Are you there to learn or are you there to waste time? It's up to you. The decisions you make now will change your life for better or for worse. You already have some idea that your friend might be right otherwise you would not have asked. In some countries space is limited and students who waste time get dropped to allow others who are less fortunate (and who desire to learn and put in the time and effort required to do so) the opportunity (that you are wasting). Your friend is kind enough to point this out to you. Sometimes in life you only get one chance. Life is short. Don't throw it away. You'll regret it.

I think he is probably saying this to you because you are disrupting his studies, too. You have to both be thoughtful of each other and understand your friend when he is into his studying. If you aren't worried about your tests, then do as you like, but let your friends have the time they need to get the grades they need and want. After the testing, there will be plenty of time to play around and have fun. I think your friend is annoyed with you but also trying to help you make good decisions.

Then Why are you studying? Is it studying for a career you are going for, think about if it is the right course for you, maybe deep down, you are looking for something else. don't waste time, find out what you really want in life. Your friend is concern about you. You need friends right now in your life.

Yes he's right. But he didn't have to be so rude about it. Getting good grades is something that is looked upon by employers. Tho I must add that it's never a guarantee or a free pass to success.
Do the best you can. The better your grades the more options you have in the future.

Probably your friend. He sounds like he has your best interests at heart. I hated studying too but it's a few years of your life that will determine the next 60.

your friend might just be concerned with the way you behave....
in my own opinion...
i see no reason to hate studying.. its a lot of fun.. it is not a serious thing to deal with.. its fun having so many lessons you do not even get any of them... lots of assignments that you do not even do one... studying is fun, you've got to love it.. with it you could be a better person, you will learn a lot of wonderful things. at first things might go bad and they may even get worse.. but try to do your best at every day you study... it does not matter if you flunk... albert einstein was a high school kick out and yet he became one of our world's greatest scientists.. see?... there are no reasons to hate it... given the opportunity to study, grab it! you will not regret it...it will help a lot, just like what you said, to ensure a good future...
hope i helped...
