Safe Uninstall of Norton AntiVirus 2005.?

For a safe uninstallation, do i just goto Add/Remove programs? There is no Uninstall exe for Norton and the Norton site just told me to do that. But i just wanted to make sure before i did anything.

(Im swapping to AOL Active Shield with Spyware Terminator)

Using control panel, you can get rid of Norton AntiVirus 2005 you want to remove, Take care.

I always find teh Add/romove doesnt do the job, best to use the tool that Norton created to remove their own products
