Do a Disk Defragment from Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Disk Defragmenter for all the drives.
And then, right click My Computer - Properties - Advanced Tab - Select the Settings button from the Performance Frame. Click on Advanced Tab. Click on Change Button and increase the Virtual Memory from all drives.
Now, again right click on My Computer - Properties - System Restore Tab. Click on the Option, Turn Off System Restore on all Drives.
Thats it.
