what keyboard can allow 7 keys press at one time together?

for games like o2jam. where you have to press at least 7 keys on the keyboard at once!

None. Keyboards work by scanning a matrix. If more than a few keys are pressed (with the exception of "dead keys" like Caps Lock), it will jam the matrix.
