my friend wants to start a business. she has $50,000.00. can you give me any ideas for a "first business?"

1.A big restaurant and cafe on a mountain or in the beach, it has to have a fantastic view with natural wooden decor and graphics. offers unusual food and drinks, let it be international ( Asian, European,Italian, American and Arabic food and drinks) with special recipes. if u live in Europe or America (West) u can offer the ( hubbly bubbly) it will attract ppl to try sth new.
2. Start her own fashion line

Those are my dreams to do, i hope i can make one of them come true :)
