I see a few answers from people that better take care. In the first place the ejaculate is the catalyst that carries the fluid, the infection or in this case the STD is in the fluid, right? So, the fluid gets on you, your skin, nipples as it were. If you have any abrasions here, the chance is merely possible, you will get whatever it is.
It's like handgranedes and shotguns, the chance is there, do you want to take it?

Perhaps you could get herpes if he touched you with a herpes outbreak on himself , though its unrare. The actual ejuculate will not cause any harmful STDs on your nipples.

Don't worry, don't freak out! There is not a possible way you can get an STD by sombody ejaculating on your nipples!
