I had a dream that i was in man's body and having sex with a girl. I didnt felt any of the emotions or anything it more like i was there but also just watching.
I am a girl, what could this mean?

I could just mean that your subconscious mind is struggling with this notion of your (and your man's) role in sex and stuff. You may believe that he has no emotional attachment to you or the act of sex...which is probably true and you're subcon is allowing you to experience and understand his point of view.

The answer could go pretty deep depending on your beliefs, or you could just dismiss it as a simple dream.
I myself believe in reincarnation, and many souls alive today may have lived hundreds of lives on this earth as both men and women.
Your past life memories are stored in the (to descibe it as basically as possible without writing an essay) "universal consciousness"...somewhere...and in sometrhing not yet covered i think it's called cell memory or something. The complexities of the human mind and soul have not yet even begun to be studied significantly.
A memory of a past life of you as a man may have had surfaced in that dream.
Or it simply may have been your mind babbling away as you slept, just a dream.

breathe and relax...
when we sleep ,the brain is still active. your nose
still smells, your ears hear and skin feels .it never stops. your brain needs a little light entertainment , and so it takes stimulus + memory + visual imagery , whisk on medium and dumps it out in the forms of a dream....some think on the order of a few hundred a night.
few and far between are the ones we remember.
remember too , a great deal of the brain is dedicated to processing visual info. ... so , i bet the ones we remember are the most visually disturbing / interesting.
alas , we are humans ...and humans are pattern seekers....we will strive to find patterns/meaning in things ...even if there isn't one.
....of course Freud would condescendingly tell you that you have penis envy ,them try to alive your "hysteria" with a little digital manipulation.......
doctors were rather popular in the old days amongst the married ladies.
