but seriously. meditation done properly can bring so many good things. but so can good sex. ive only meditated once and it was ok. relaxing etc. but it didnt burn any calories like sex does. and its not orgamsic
sex is so much more fun. so i say sex gives more happines. plus you sometimes have that tiiiny little smile on your face afterwards that says 'he he heee i just got laaaid. and you diiiidnt'
