how to force enable vista aero glass on incompatible hardware ?

I have HP Compaq NX9000 Notebook. I have installed vista ultimate. I have 512 MB RAM and Radeon 340IGM Video Card. I cant run Vista Aero Glass effect on my System. How can I force vista to enable Vista Aero Glass on My System ?

You don't have enough RAM, and if your video card doesn't support 3D, you have no chance. "Incompatible hardware" should give you a big clue here.
