I am ALWAYS sleepy. I actually take medication for it. If I didn't, I would actually be sleeping right now! I wish I didn't have this and I hate that I have to take medication for it.
They say men think about sex every second of the day. With me, I think about going to bed every second of the day. Its a battle I have to fight every day. I lose a lot, and when I do, it affects my social life.
Surprisingly, I am the most alert late at night. That's why you will see me on this sight around midnight most days. My doctor told me its because my blood sugar is at its highest at night, and at its lowest in the morning.

Whenever I had no school I would feel sleepy by 4 or 5am, but since I have school now, I feel sleepy when it's 10:30pm or later.

My sleeping habit is irregular these days so l often feel sleepy after lunch. l take naps at times.

Unless of course you wake me before noon, then I'm pretty sleepy too..........

No, it depends on how stressful the day was. If it was very stressful, I get tired sooner but if I had a good day, which is rare, I stay up later at night.
