I suppose for the same reason people either luv or hate sushi (or anything else) .... differences in preferred tastes & textures.
Personally, I luv cottage cheese....but only certain brands. Can't stand the mushy/wet kind.

the dry stuff yes it sucks but i like the wet stuff. but the dry one taste like a rubber band so i understand both ways at looking at it.

I tried it once I gagged myself to death...aggh, gross stuff!!
