Where to Learn Sign Language?

I am from Pune, India. Can any one give me an idea about the schools to learn sign language?

from books. and webcam link with hearing impair people.

There aren't many places in india, if any at all, where you can learn sign language. But I'm sure you can rent a video on it or perhaps buy a book.

I learnt the basics of america sign language for fun, it's hard x)
