i just got done taking a cold shower it is just too hot i cant even sleep just wondering if anyone else felt the same hehe!

Well I used to like em really hot, now warm is ok. And the cold shower is great if you can do it. One opens your pores,,,one closes them.

A warm bathe on a chilly day. i locate that no count how warm it really is outdoors, i will not take a chilly bathe. If i opt to hustle, i visit take 5 minute showers yet I typically take 10 minute showers.
