Yeah. Schools train us to be employees. I also believe they should change the whole education system.

In the school system that I was in, it's really messed up. In this system, teachers have declare a early reatirement or quit the school. Lack of staff, lack of teacher envolment, lack of supplies, etc.

To answer your question, a mixture of both. Some teachers do care about the students' future. Peace!
