im doing this huge project on teen fashion and im emailing seventeen feedback but i don't know what to write in the email except for information on whats hott and whats nott ..what if they tell me to browse their website and other websites..i have to write it in such a way that gets their attention i guess please help thanks

The most important thing when writing to a magazine (or to anyone, actually) is to be clear. You aren't very clear (above). If you need information, ask for the information you need. I edited a few columns at Sesame Street Parents Magazine and was amazed at some of the letters that came in; some were scribbles, some couldn't be deciphered. If you need info for an assignment, the "feedback" section might not be the best bet. You should find out who edits the department you need information from. Call the office and ask for the name and email address of that editor. You have a better chance of a response. Good luck.
