the police probably.
but the chances are that
A. i won't ever be stranded on a desert island
and
B. if i was, i wouldn't have a phone call and if i did, i think i could have more than one because phones cant limit you.

the obvious answer would be coast guard.....
but if you want a deeper answer then i would say....
i wouldnt call anybody, because knowing that that would be my last call, my last contact with civilization, last convo with someone would really depress me. i wouldnt want to spend the rest of the time on the island wondering if i wasted my only call, and if i called the wrong person
