i m a teenager and i wanna control my colleagues.can u tell me how to make them follow my instructions and obey me.i mean i wanna make them to''do as i say''. can u please suggest me a few ways, or the change i need in my attitude to make ppl obey me, or how should i speak to them to influence them . please write in simple terms and easy language and to the point because my english is not too good.

The only way you can persuade anyone to act in a certain way or do something is by example.
Show them impeccable manners and an altruistic nature and in time, they will follow your lead.

Your problem is that you are trying to control people and that will never work. If you want your colleagues to respect you and follow your lead, you should speak to them with respect and show them the same respect and courtesy you want from them. If you want to be a good leader stop trying to be "the boss" and start getting in there and working just as hard as you expect them to work. This will gain you more respect than anything else. Never ask an employee to do something you won't do yourself first. Be more humble and not so controlling.

This is a HUGE can of worms. There are two kinds of people, leaders and followers. Leaders are born not made. Followers follow because they find life easier to obey. Do you really want to surround yourself with dull, witless individuals who mindlessly obey you? Present your arguments in a sane, well planned fashion - if you can find anyone who belives you you got it made. But just remember - Charlie Manson, Hilter,Stalin,Nero are just a few leaders who demanded "Do as I say"; and look what happened to them.

Not even God can control man...what you want to do is persuade your friends...Just be good and give them someone to look up to, try not to want to control people that helps too, Become a good leader and people will follow, but dont look for control.

you don't control them, you influence them.... what you need to see is that people have their own minds... they can be swayed in a lot of manners... unless you appeal to their better sense... what you need to do is change to become someone who is respectable... truthful... with principles... and character... anything you say... they will listen... keep that in mind. ;-)
