How to make a phone?

I know this sounds crazy, but I don't think so. I have about 7 used cell phones, and about 3 of them are broken, and I want to make a new cell phone out of them...anybody know how to do this?????

Electronic components are not Legos. There is considerable software involved which is very component specific. Unless you have access to the software there is nothing you can do.
