I've heard the names Nadia and Natalia used often as names for Russian women. I guess I have to check on the internet, huh...
I've also known classmates throughout middle school by the name of Zara, Imali, Naila, Khaleda, and Khadijah.
Anyway, you're having twins?!
Congrats!
(if its the case. )
:)

Hm... how about Hebrew names? I love Nadia and Natalia but here are some other suggestions....
Mayah, Galilah, Adah(of course), Mitzi, Libia, Laila, Noah, Aliza, Hinda, Aaliyah, Daphnahjust to name a few of my favorites.
As for the English middle names... not too sure.

I was looking for names that have the same meaning as my mother's and I came across Zahra. It's a beautiful Arabic name that means "bright, brilliant". I don't say it as Sarah but more like Czar- rah. Make sense? I also like:
Naila
Salma
Shahira
Zaira
Aaliyah
Alya (could be pronounced as A-lie-uh or Uh-lie-uh)
Fatima
For the middle names, I'd go with Rose for sure because of it's meaning to you. Personally, I'd go for a family name or something that has the same meaning. You can find more Arabic names here: http://www.behindthename.com/nmc/ara.php
And English names here:

Good luck and congratulations! You have two blessings!

Hey, don't think about what YOU want as names, think about how the names will effect your children's relationship with peers.
No matter what it is, don't give the girls a name that others will make fun of.
Two such similar frist names are going to cause problems with teachers, etc. "Jade" sounds like you made it up. How about giving them completely DIFFERENT names? They will be cute little twins, but as teens they will want to assert their differences between them. Hard to do if names are so similar.

Those names are awfully close to each other.
Do they both have to be "n" names?
I like:
Naima
Naila
for N names, and these if they don't have to be "n":
Halima means patient and tolerant
Jessenia means flower
Kamilah means perfect
Samara means entertaining companion
Zaida means increasing or surplus
