The centripetal force caused by the Earth's rotation is negligible compared
to gravity. Good thing, too, or we would all fly off into outer space!
There is also the Coriolis force that results from the Earth's rotation:
we can see it is effects, but we cannot really "feel" it.

because, we turning with earth. people changing everyday.
soo when does the earth change? when ppl changing.

No one can feel steady motion.
It is only accellerations that one can feel.
The things you feel while moving in a vehicle are vibrations and other transient accellerations associated with slight and random changes is direction.
